As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to change, there’s something magical about fall in Central New York . And your event’s signature cocktail is the perfect place to reflect that cozy, romantic vibe. Whether you’re planning a wedding, a fall gala, or an intimate celebration, these cocktails blend seasonal ingredients with elevated style to create sips your guests won’t stop talking about.

Earlier this year, we shared our Spring Signature Cocktails, full of florals and citrus, and our Summer Cocktails, made for sipping in the sunshine. Now, we’re embracing the season with a lineup of fall-inspired drinks.

Why You Should Choose a Signature Cocktail for Your Celebration

Signature cocktails are more than just drinks, they’re a chance to tell your story, surprise your guests, and add a personal touch to your celebration. Whether you name them after your pets, tie them to your theme, or simply choose your favorite flavors, they become part of the memory-making experience.

Now let's get into some signature cocktail ideas for a fall wedding . . .

We've put together some of our favorites, plus some recipes so that you can try for yourself at home and see which one is your favorite!

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Express the orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Red Wine Sangria

Why we love it: This sangria blends the crisp, juicy flavors of fall fruits with warm spices and rich red wine. It’s easy to make in big batches, looks beautiful in a pitcher, and gets better the longer it sits!
