At SKY Armory, we believe in showing up for our community, especially when moments truly matter. This cast party was more than a celebration. It marked a meaningful milestone for students experiencing their first ever school production. We were honored to support the cast party for STEAM School following their performance of Matilda and help create a space where students and families could come together to celebrate creativity, connection, and belonging.
This celebration held special meaning. It marked STEAM’s very first theatrical production and an important step in building traditions for students, families, and the school community as a whole.
A Milestone Worth Celebrating
Launching a school’s first production is no small accomplishment. It represents courage, creativity, teamwork, and countless hours of dedication from students and staff alike. When STEAM reached out to us on short notice, our team immediately recognized how meaningful this moment was and stepped in to help make the celebration possible.
Together, we created a relaxed and joyful cast party that gave students space to celebrate their hard work. The evening included a pizza party, an ice cream station, and time for students to sign posters and reflect on what they had accomplished together. Most importantly, it gave them a place to feel proud, supported, and seen.

Why These Moments Matter
The STEAM team beautifully shared how important this night was for their students and families. A cast party is more than a celebration. It is a signal to young people that they belong, that their creativity matters, and that their school believes in the arts as a home where they can grow and connect.
Creating that sense of belonging aligns deeply with our mission at SKY Armory. When young people are given meaningful experiences and spaces that show care and intention, those memories stay with them long after the lights go down.

Gratitude for an Incredible Community
We are incredibly grateful for the kind words shared by Michele Farwell and the STEAM team, and we are proud of our staff who helped make the night special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine support ensured the focus stayed where it belonged, on the students and their achievement.
Supporting youth, education, and the arts is a responsibility we value and take seriously. We are honored to play even a small role in helping schools like STEAM School build traditions that strengthen their community.

Looking Ahead
Congratulations to the students, educators, and families of STEAM High School on an incredible first production. We cannot wait to see how their arts program continues to grow and thrive.
At SKY Armory, we remain committed to using our space, our team, and our experience to support the community around us, especially the next generation. These are the moments that truly matter.
