At SKY Armory, we believe one of the most powerful ways to create that experience is through food inclusivity. At SKY Armory, food inclusivity is built into every menu from the very beginning, ensuring that every guest feels equally considered and cared for. We are a from-scratch kitchen, which makes attending to dietary needs easier than kitchens that purchase pre-made products – we know what’s in the dish. We include inherently gluten, dairy free, vegan dishes on our menu.
Our culinary approach starts with one core question: how can every guest at the table have an exceptional experience? That mindset shapes everything we do. Rather than creating one “standard” menu with a few alternatives, we design menus that naturally include a variety of options, which eases the burden of the clients, particularly corporate client, from needing to worry about so many accommodations. Whether it’s a fully vegan wedding, a gluten-free guest list, or a mix of dietary preferences, our team approaches each event with creativity and flexibility.
